How to contact customer service for a refund?

I’ve been charged twice for my monthly subscription but I am struggling to get through or know what to do to get one payment refunded. The number leaves me on hold for ages and the online chat is useless as only connects me to a bot. Is there an email or another way of getting assistance?

Hi @user_0c2a86. If you are seeing two charges, it is likely because you have two Ring subscriptions. You can manage your plan, and cancel at any time, on Ring.com. If eligible for a refund, please allow up to 10 business days for it to process.
