I recently moved. I’ve had this device for 6-7 years now. I use two way tape where the QR code went now it’s gone. How can I recover access to my ring? I called and they said the email I gave wasn’t right but this is my forever email I know it’s right. What can I do?

Hi @user_37c585. You can find the email in your Account Settings in your Ring app. If the device was setup under a different email, you'll need to change it to the correct email. When setting up the device, you should have an option to "setup without scanning". This Help Center article here has information on how to change your email.
