Ring control center cant setup

I had a single motion sensor/light and a control center working in Dec. 2024, with my Android phone. I now have an iPhone, and although I still have the Android, the Ring app says that version isn't supported anymore. It doesn't have a SIM card so I can't get online and update the app.I got the iPhone app, which can't find any Ring devices on WiFi.I've gone through the Setup process on both the light and the Ring Control, pressed a paper clip into the hole on the side, and it finally said "this device is owned by someone else." So I'm stuck. I tried changing Owners, and it failed.When I bring up the Ring app on the iPhone, it doesn't show anything on the Dashboard.
