Hello, I made the opposite mistake and bought the micro usb version for the Ring Spotlight Cam Battery. Do you still have the barrel connector Ring Solar Panel? Are you located in the SOCAL area?

I know this is an older post. Hoping I can get some help. I have two brand new micro usb solar panels. They work fine. The new cameras use the barrel type adaptor. I really don’t want to buy two newer solar panels if there is a way to use the older ones with the newer cameras. I see you figured it out, but what do I need to look for exactly to get the correct adaptor? Thanks

I previously received the adapter you are referring to (micro USB to barrel) directly from Ring for my old school Solar panel. Now I needed one for a different first gen solar panel so I could use a new Spotlight Cam. However, it took an inordinate amount of time and 3 tiers of technical support to find someone that understood what I was requesting. It’s out there!
