I purchased my Ring Doorbell from Costco on March 7, 2018 and the paperwork that came with it says: "A 30-day trial of Ring Video Recording is included with your purchase of a Ring Video Doorbell. After your trial, **a complementary one year subscription** to Ring Video Recording will begin." So the renewal date should have been April 6, 2019 but I instead I was charged on March 7, 2019, which was 30 days too soon. I couldn't find any way to contact you at the time, so I've allowed the subscription to lapse at this time to give you a chance to correct the problem.
