Neighborhood sound notifications?

I get alerts through the Ring app from the Neighborhood feature. I simply want to turn off the notification sound that I hear every time I’m alerted. I’ve read the directions provided, go into control center and adjust the settings. I’m honestly not seeing an option to change this notification setting. I’m beginning to think it doesn’t exist. I I would rather not disable the entire feature, but that might be the only way from what I can tell.

    I want this as well. The sound is super annoying and I can't turn it off without stopping them altogether... which I don't want to do.

      Me too! Can't seem to find the right setting. I don't want turn off the neighborhood alerts, just silence them. Woke me up at 1am for a lost dog. Do NOT want to silence my front door motion alert though. Help?

        Hi @user_732b3c. Neighbors feed notifications are separate from your own Ring device alerts. Adjusting your Neighborhood notification preferences should not have any impact on the Ring and Motion Alerts for your Ring Doorbell. Make sure you aren't disabling notification permissions for the Ring app or putting your phone on Do Not Disturb Mode, as this will prevent all notifications from going through.
