troubleshooting
Installed my battery video doorbell and was receiving alerts omg my phone and my wife's phone
I am not getting any alerts for the last week
I have triple triple checked all settings on my phone and the ring app and cannot find the reason why I am not receiving alerts
My wife's phone is still receiving alerts
Any suggestions???
