Charged for a product I did not even finish purchase
I chose express checkout, filled PayPal info and hit submit.It then tells me they no longer deliver to my location and the 'proceed to payment' was grayed out. Despite of that, I was still charged but the funds are on hold.Will I have to wait for the funds to be freed and refunded or consult to PayPal / Bank for refund?
