I feel like I'm back in 1985 .. called your customer service to doorbell to return a doorbell I ordered by mistake (wrong model). When I asked to order the correct model, they said they could not do so and that I had to go on-line and place an order there. Seriously?  Now I have to search this model out on Ring or Amazon or ... ?

Just venting some frustration here - you're basically a tech company yet your processes are seemingly mom 'n pop.
