Ring account access
The nagging problem with Ring account management is the quaint hierarchical structure adopted by ring.
ideally, the way it *should* work is:
(1) each user has their own account.
(2) each LOCATION should be able to be controlled by one OR MORE accounts, maybe with two different roles: Admin & Superadmin (super admins can add & delete other admins).
(3) Admins can then share devices for locations that they administer with non-admin users, as is done now.
This solves the annoying problem of spousal joint access, while maintaining the ability to support multi factor authentication (MFA).
All of the answers provided so far skirt the real question of two users administering the same location. Just sharing devices doesn’t solve for the need.

Yes can you get this fixed? I manage all the smart systems in our house but my husband set up the ring so it’s a real pain to make any adjustments. Shared user access is just too limited.
