Just a sort of food for thought, that may or may not reach the powers at be at Ring, but it’s pretty ridiculous that a shared user with advanced permissions given by the account “owner” can’t manage familiar faces with the pro doorbell. My husband and I are equal owners of our home, but Ring apparently has decided that I don’t get access to this feature as the shared user and non-account owner. I hope this can be modified/fixed to allow shared users that are given advanced permissions the ability to also add/manage familiar faces.
