Is there way to set up a "Nanny Mode" (Turn on cameras without changing the mode)

Hi, we have a nanny that comes to our house to watch our toddler and we love and trust her however we have cameras in the house to keep an eye if anything ever went wrong. Every time we leave for work in the morning, it is a bit cumbersome to manually turn on all of the camera's motion recording in the house - we would love a way to click a simple button and turn all of the cameras on without arming our home ring to stay / away. Is there any solution to this?It would be nice to be able to set a custom mode or something to turn all of the cameras on without arming the ring.
