I'd suppose this is the right place to request for a feature. Going forward with the assumption that a majority of Ring customers is connected to a primary smartphone (Android / iOS), it would be a great feature in automation if the Ring app knows that it is connected to or is within the range of my WiFi network(s). E.g. If there is a Settings within Ring app > Trusted Network: mywifi-home mywifi-extender Then, set mode to: "Home" or "Disabled". If I leave house, I will no longer be connected to my Wifi. Hence, Ring app is now relying on 4G or 5G data, then, change mode to "Away". What does the community think?
