Allow motion zone editing on the website instead of just on the app

I'd love to have a way to edit my cam motion zones on the Ring website using a computer instead of having to do it on my phone. Having to poke and prod at a tiny phone screen to grab and move the handles of the zone editor is frustrating and imprecise.

The features should first work on the web and then on the app, phone apps are not a substitute for web apps and for on the go only.
