I have 2 spotlight plus cameras, hard wired and also have 2 batteries in each, the one has never connected through the hardwire even though the connection is live, but the other one did, they have both gone off line, I’ve taken them down, removed and charged all batteries, checked the hardwire, which is live, tried a factory reset, the solid red light followed by the solid blue comes on, but the flashing blue light doesn’t, no matter what I try, any suggestions please?
