App not working correctly on Android Tablet
Until fairly recently, the Ring App working properly on both by Samsung Phone and my Samsung tablet. However, on the tablet I am not unable to access the settings for any camera. When I click on the Settings for any device, all I get is a black screen showing just the name of the camera and the rest of the screen is completely blank (white). I can see the video feeds ok, just not get to see or amend and settjngs! I've tried uninstalling then reinstalling several times (with a reboot inbetween) but there problem still exists. Anyone got any ideas on how to solve? I have a feeling a recent software update on both my phone and tablet may have something to do with the problem, although the Ring App works fully OK on my Samsung phone.
