removing and replacing a device and updating your plan

I replaced my old ring doorbell with a new one, I deleted the old one from the account. The new one has a 21 day trial period but the old doorbell is on the plan. How do I link the new doorbell to my account Plan.

Hi @user_481a68. For this, you'll need to cancel the plan on your old doorbell and subscribe to a new plan on your new doorbell. You will receive a pro-rated refund on the plan you cancel, based off the amount of time used on your device.
