Peephole camera constantly disconnecting
Hi,I've had the peephole camera for about a year. Initially, no problems.For the last 6-8 months, it randomly disconnects and I have to restart, reboot and update.The battery is always charged properly, and the camera just says "offline" but still works as a doorbell if pushed. The only difference is, I'm not capturing video or notified that someone is at the door.I restarted it today, let it update, reset it, reconnected. It captured 30 mins of video before shutting off again.My router is nearby so connection isn't a problem, and nothing else has changed since I first got it. The app is no help - just tells me to reconnect.Does anyone else have this issue or know a fix? It's so frustrating!

Hi @user61474. What is the last reported signal strength? You can find the RSSI on the Device Health page in the Ring app. If the Peephole Cam is showing as offline in the Ring app, this means it is disconnecting from the internet. That is why you don't receive notifications or see any recorded video. Is your router dual-band, with both 2.4GHz and 5GHz connections available? If so, do they use the same network name and password?
