Bracket for Battery Doorbell Pro

Why are you not packing a standard (flat bracket mount) in your Ring Battery Doorbell Pro?
I had to go to an independent supplier for one. I went through 11 boxes at Home Depot, All had the Corner Bracket.
Not Good Ring, when you are replacing an older model.

Hi @user_b179e7. The Battery Doorbell Pro does not come with a bracket mount because a bracket mount is not needed for installation. The corner mount is included if you need to angle the Doorbell's view away from a wall. Otherwise, you will screw it directly to the wall. You can review the installation instructions here. If you're replacing a previous model, the Battery Doorbell Pro is also compatible with all Ring Video Doorbell 3, 3 Plus and 4 accessories, including mounting brackets.
