Floodlight Cam plus has stopped working in less than a year
I first had issues with the camera not updating snapshot and timeline, then the camera went into a constant loop of updating. Now the hard reset process won't even begin. All this in less than a year of owning this product. My older doorbell and indoor cameras are still working great! Is there any fix? Or am I out of luck. Very sad for a ring/Amazon product

Hi @user_8f3458. Do you have an active Ring Protect Plan for this device? Try toggling off Motion Alerts, exiting the app, and then toggling them back on. Let me know how this goes.

Update, somehow got it set up again, but still no snapshot, no video preview, and motion alerts don't record, the app claims the video was lost due to possibly no connection.... yup I'm out a lot of money
