Window Glare from inside lighting in eve
troubleshooting
Ring camera mounted looking out window. When lights are in inside at night it is picking up reflections and videoing that. It is also causing reflection to not pick up outside.
Is there a mount that has a box around it that blocks the indoor light from causing an issue?

Hi @user_4ea43e. We do not recommend placing Ring Cameras facing out a window because it can affect their functionality, like your experiencing.
