Warranty replacement

Where do I go for a replacement under warranty? I have been thru chat and tried all resets, troubleshooting, etc. They said its a hardware issue and to contact warranty about a replacement. However, I am going in circles trying to figure out how to go about getting to the warranty dept. Any help is mucvh appreciated.
