Trouble connecting my Ring doorbell to my new router
I have recently upgraded my home router via Community Fibre to their Linksys SPNM62CF Pinnacle 2.2 Mesh Router, however my Ring doorbell 3 does not connect the my router. I have changed the SSID so that it separates the 2.4, 5 and 6ghz channels. I have also changed the channel width to 20hz and the channel to 6 - 2.437ghz. I also turned off all other SSID so that only 2.4ghz is able to be connected to, yet no joy.
Has anyone else had this issue and how did you resolve this?

I am getting an error message P7-07 when it gets to about 95%. I have tried to connect my ring doorbell to my mobile hotspot and it connects instantly

C@user_fc7604 Thank you for trying that. Since the Ring doorbell connects to the mobile hotspot, this indicates that the issue is with the connection and not the doorbell itself. You might need to adjust the router security settings. If you're still unable to connect the doorbell to your wifi network, please reach out to our social support team @Ring on Facebook, X, or Instagram to troubleshoot this further.

Hi @user_fc7604. What kind of error message are you getting when you try to connect your Ring doorbell to your wifi network? Do you have a mobile hotspot? If so, try connecting the doorbell to your hotspot to see if it connects.
