Hi @CFun2023. Toggling Snapshot Capture off and on, and performing a reboot, were both great troubleshooting steps that I would have recommended. Something else to check is if you have motion detection and recording disabled within the [Modes settings](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036107792-Control-All-of-Your-Ring-Devices-with-Modes). Having motion detection disabled in one of the Modes will prevent Snapshot Capture from working. If motion detection isn't turned off in Modes, and your Spotlight Cam is still not taking snapshots properly, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406) for further troubleshooting assistance. I’ve been having the same issue with a brand new floodlight cam. Been thru all the steps with customer support and never got it resolved.

I’m am seeing this same issue on a flood light pro2, if I reset the device or re-add it, it will work for about one or two weeks then stop working again. I have been on to ring support many times I tell them if you reset it or add it again it will start working for a little time but they insist on doing this every time it starts working again and they think it has fixed the issue but feel like I just keep getting fobbed off. Like you all my other camera work fine with this feature and I now only have this issue with this new flood light camera that was a replacement for my old floodlight cam pro 1 that in my opinion work without problem for years. They tried to say it was my phone but the same thing happens on my partners phone and on my PC if I log in on that

Hi @user_05dc76. Are you having this issue with the Snapshot Capture feature, or something else on the Floodlight Cam? Snapshot images are only viewable from the Event History Timeline in the Ring app, so you will be unable to view them on Ring.com from a PC.

This has been happening the exact same way with our floodlight cam - it will take snapshots for a week or so and then we have to reboot it to get snapshots to start working again. All of our other cameras have no problem with recording snapshots.
