Floodlight cam pro lens cover
Recently our floodlight cam has been playing up by constantly setting the light on after dark without any motion detection. I've been trouble shooting and today went to re-add to my network to see if that helped. Upon inspection, I noticed that the lens cover is hanging off and doesn't look like it's going to stay for much longer. I've tried going through the help support to raise a ticket, but like most companies they make it impossible to actually speak to a real person via chat or telephone. Anyone else had this issue? I'm reluctant to try fixing it myself and making it worse by using glue etc!

Hi @user_b18144. The lights on the Floodlight Cam have a separate range of motion detection than the camera, so it's possible for the lights to come on due to motion that isn't detected by the camera. You can adjust the sensitivity under Device Settings, Light Settings.
As for the lens cover, I'd suggest contacting our support team about this. They can see what options are available. You can get in touch @Ring on Facebook, X, or Instagram, or you can call one of the numbers here https://ring.com/support/contact-us/call.
