Can’t set up motion zones on my spotlight camera

I have installed a new outdoor spotlight camera on my shed. I am trying to set up motion zones but every time I go in to set them up it says updating snapshot and it never updates. I can see live view so connection is not a problem? I need to set up the zones as we have lot of trees and they move often.

Hi @Vajjas. Do you happen to have motion detection turned off within the Modes settings? If motion detection is turned off, snapshots will not update. Check that motion detection is enabled in each Mode, then go back and edit your Motion Zones. Let me know if that works for you.
