RING SOLO SUBSCRIPTION
I paid for my annual subscription yesterday and the payment was successful. I got an email that my subscription was cancelled. What could be the issue

Hi @user_20fc51. You should be able to check the status of your plan by logging in on Ring.com and clicking Plan. There may have been an issue with your payment method. If you're unable to resolve this on Ring.com, you can contact our support team @Ring on Facebook, X, or Instagram, or at one of the phone numbers here. We do not have a WhatsApp number.
