Ring Protect Trial?
I didn’t ask for this trial, it showed up the other day. I’ve disabled all the pro features as I’m not interested. Side effect of this trial seems to be that snapshot capture no longer works. I think this new bug needs to be documented with the Ring dev staff.

Thx, I already was a subscriber to a Ring protect plan. Ring Protect Trial was added to my account unreqested.
Mysteriously, after I posted my original message here, the snapshot capture feature started working again the next day 🤷♂️
So, my issue can be closed at this time.
