New Plan???
I had an original Ring Doorbell, battery operated which went kaput with about 4 months left on my plan. I purchased a new Ring doorbell to replace it, set it up and found out I could NOT add it to my original plan, which I had to cancel and then I was required to create a new plan. By rights, I should be receiving a refund of about $20+.If not, I will say ..... what a crappy way to treat your customers!!!Fool me once, shame on me .... you won't get an opportunity to fool me a second time!

Hi @user_4797f7. The Ring Basic plan only applies to one Ring doorbell or camera, so you cannot add new devices to it. When you cancel a plan, you'll receive a prorated refund for any unused time remaining on the plan. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to process. You can review information on canceling a plan here: https://ring.com/support/articles/0p7eu/Cancel-Ring-Subscription-Plan.
Hi @Chedoo. You can view current pricing for the Ring Home plans at https://ring.com/plans.
