I have been a Ring customer for several years and am disappointed that Illinois customers are charged the same subscription price as customers in other states despite receiving fewer features.

Ring advertises AI-driven capabilities as part of its premium offerings, yet many of these features are disabled for Illinois users. While I understand that state laws may create compliance challenges, those legal restrictions should not automatically result in customers paying the same amount for a diminished product.

If Ring cannot provide the same functionality to Illinois customers, I believe a discounted subscription option should be offered to reflect the reduced value being delivered.
