Hi @user_7f3d0a. Which model of Ring Doorbell is this? The specific device name, such as Video Doorbell 2 or Video Doorbell (2nd Gen), is located on the Device Health page and on the back of the Doorbell itself. Once I know which Doorbell you have, I can point you in the right direction on compatible accessories.

The name of this model is "Ring Battery Doorbell". Looking at the corner kits available on this website, I found this review with a image from 'Jess' in Feb 2025, "Corner kit on Left. Ring Doorbell base on Right. At least you can see the hole patterns. Make sure you are using the correct description. A Battery Doorbell and a Video Doorbell aren't the same Ring doesn't like to use part numbers... Model 5F97F2 Battery Doorbell is not a Video Doorbell. The mounting hole patterns are different. --Update: Ring Support contacted me after seeing this review. I was shown genuine concern for the problem. The return of the wrong part was simple and quick. They made sure to help me get the correct corner kit, and sent the next day. This time it fit!“ Unfortunately, the correct kit wasn't named in that response.

Hi there. I ordered this exact corner kit for my battery doorbell and it does NOT fit. It’s the same as the user Jess above mentioned. Can anyone figure out what the name of the new corner kit was that she received? I don’t understand why this is so difficult to find, as I’ve been all over the internet trying to find this. Thanks for your help.

Hi @user_ae2b1b. What is the specific model name of your Ring doorbell? There are various models that are battery powered, but they are not all the same model. You can find the device name on the Device Health page in the Ring app.
