Same new phone problem

It would help if I could speak to a person instead of going round in circles with a chatbot. Ring customer service (hah!) is the worst I've come across. I've still just got a doorbell that rings outside.

You can find the device name on the Device Health page in the Ring app. Additionally, can you clarify what problem you're having with the doorbell? What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
