Hi. My 2nd gen chime only flashes on for a second and then stops. 

When I first plug it in the blue light comes on but then nothing. 

I've tried sliding the back off and giving the 2 metal props a wiggle around in case it was an issue with those but that hasn't made any difference. I've tried different power points and get the same thing. 

So its getting power but only for a second. I've tried hard reset but it doesnt respond as not on.

Can anyone suggest any way to fix Toshiba?

    Hi @user_f69f9b. Thank you for sharing which troubleshooting steps you have already tried, as a reset is the main step we can recommend when you're having difficulty connecting your Ring Chime. Since the Chime is still unresponsive after trying different power outlets and resetting it, the next step would be to contact our support team to see what options are available.
