Impossible to cancel an order placed using Shopify in Ring.com
Why is it impossible to cancel an order literally 5 minutes after placing it! I ordered the wrong colour by mistake and simply wanted to change it but it appears I have to wait to receive it then send it back and then reorder? This is ridiculous!

Hi @user_5a8ac8. Orders placed on Ring.com can only be canceled within 45 minutes of purchase. After this 45-minute window, orders are sent to our fulfillment center and cannot be canceled. Once you receive the order, you can return it for a full refund within 45 days. You can find more information on how to return your order here.
