Ring service THE WORST

I have contacted ring 5 times since the beginning of December. And have been told numerous different things from four different customer service reps still waiting on replacement parts, from warrantied items I have put also in a request to speak with the customer supervisor since I am getting nowhere with current issues and home is unsecure due to items not being sent
