Solar Pathlight not charging plugged into USB charger

Question

I have a Ring Solar Pathlight that went offline. Thinking it is just an uncharged battery, I proceeded to plugged it into a USB wall charger as I normally would when the battery is low. I noticed that this unit’s light did not start blinking when I plugged it in as with other units that I’ve charged.I know it’s not the battery because the same battery plugged into a known good unit charges just fine. It’s not the cable nor the USB charger either because I am using a cable and charger that works to charge a battery with another unit.Is there hope on reviving this unit?
