Flood Lights come on randomly
Our Ring security lights keep coming on randomly - even when there is no obvious sign of movement. Recently one came on for 20 seconds or so, went off for a few seconds and came back on again - continuously. Another was coming so often I switched it off (what the point in having it). On both cameras the sensitivity is set as low as possible.

Hi. Thank you for your reply. I am assuming this is what you are referring to 'Using your Motion Control settings, you can adjust the range and distance at which motion will turn your floodlights on'. I cannot however see any information on how to do this, I can only see details relation to camera motion zones and motion alerts?

Hi @user_e8ef18. The lights on a Floodlight Cam have their own sensor that also detects motion that will cause the lights to turn on even if the camera didn't detect motion. You can control this sensor to make it work how you would like. To do so, go to your Cameras Light Settings.
