Connecting to devices with no QR code available
We recently sold out home and the new owner is trying to connect our Ring devices to her Ring account but over time the weather has destroyed the QR code. We had already deleted the devices from our Ring account. They claimed they called Ring customer support who told them if there was no QR code available, there was no way to connect these devices. I thought I had this problem 5 or so years ago and Ring tech support was able to help me connect them without a QR code. Any suggestions, and thank you
