Video doorbell 3 vey wet inside so battery holding no charge

I think i need to replace but must have same fittings. Live chat no help as is a bot and wont transfer me. Id prefer solar powered. I called the call centre but language barriers but did advise 3+ or plus or pro (dont want hardwired)
