New ring doorbell

I have just purchased a ring doorbell was using a different brand before had no troubles would fall I will try a ring doorbell I have set it up as in instructed in the instructions and the app it's connected to my Wi-Fi with no problems just seems not to be connecting for some unknown reason can't get video to play there's no lights flashing or anything you press the button nothing when you go to the app and click on to watch live this is reconnect but when you go to device health it says it's connected to the Wi-Fi and everything is okay am I doing something wrong

    Hi @user_00cd8c. What specific doorbell model is this? What is the RSSI that is shown in the Device Health menu? What type of phone are you using and what version of the Ring app is installed? Do you have a VPN active on your phone? Can you Live View from Ring.com on a laptop or tablet? This will give us a better idea of what is happening.
