My ex-partner is on a court order banning him from being at our shared property due to domestic violence. Problem is he is the main account holder on the ring cameras. I have been told by my sister in law that they are regularly stalking me via the ring doorbell. I want this to stop. I requested that ring transfer the accounts to me multiple times in the past but they have not done so. The situation has left me feeling unsafe and scared as I am being stalked and I don't know how to resolve this issue when ring has exposed me to harm and continue to do so. I have tried to transfer the device manually and failed. There are two cameras in question. At one point he called my children via the cameras and that left me feeling frightened to say the least. How do I go about resolving this issue once and formal as it has been over a year of constant stalking by him and his family.
