Doorbell not showing footage or connecting to Live View

We have had this issue now for the past week. Our device will not show footage. It comes up in history as "motion detected" but the video footage wont show. Furthermore, we are also unable to connect to our doorbell to watch live view. We tried rebooting the device and the WiFi and didnt work. Any other solutions?
