Apple shortcut integration

Question

How to use an apple shortcut to directly open my door using ring intercom? Should be great to have this so we can open the doors swiping i.e. an nfc tag.

Hi @Matteo_1980. The [Ring widget](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/13719720985876-Using-Ring-Live-View-widgets) allows for easy access to Live View from Ring Doorbells and Cameras. At this time, the Intercom is not included for use with the Ring widget. Other neighbors have requested a [widget for the Ring Intercom](https://community.ring.com/t/intercom-widget-needed/191873) on our Feature Request board. You're welcome to add your feedback and vote to that request.
