Unable to delete incompletely configured devices from ring app
I recently tried adding a z-wave door lock to my ring alarm. As per app instructions, I scanned the device QR code to add the device.
During the first two attempts, the device didn't seem to connect (a message saying "not connected") flashed up, so I aborted and retried.
On the third attempt, I was distracted, walked away, and when I came back, the lock was connected and I was able to add to my alarm.
However, in the ring app, icons for the two failed attempts show up, and I can't delete them from the app. If I go to the "three bars" on upper left and click on "Devices", only the correctly connected attempt shows up. How do I get to the "failed/unknown" devices and remove them?

Hi @user_596416. What options do you see when you tap one of the failed attempt icons shown in your screenshot? If you uninstall and reinstall the Ring app, do they still appear?
