I’ve just recently renewed my subscription plan of £49.99 3 weeks ago , I’ve recently added a camera and now I’m getting messages to inform me the free trial is due to expire and to add on it will cost me £79.99 this seems a little unfair as it would bring the annual amount to near £150 ?

Hi @user_697f32. If you are subscribed to a Basic Plan, it only covers one camera. If you purchase a second camera and want it to record as well, you should upgrade to a Standard Plan, which covers all of your cameras. By upgrading, you would only pay $79.99 for the Standard Plan, rather than $49.99 for the Basic Plan plus $79.99 for the Standard Plan. https://en-uk.ring.com/pages/plans
