Mode buttons disappereance
Hi,My wife is a shared user.The mode buttons disappeared over night from her iPhone and iPad Dashboards!So she can`t leave home anymore 😀. She`s not happy though.I can`t understand this. Where should I look?Seppo

Got this answer from Ring support since it happened to me too as the latest update was launched a few days ago: It shouldn't have been a feature for the shared user in the first place, but we're introducing some brand new features for shared users on the 24th of October, you will be able to have full access for the device by shared users if granted by the owner of the account.
