Hey everyone, I’m running into a weird issue with our ring notifications not always showing up when short video clips are attached. Sometimes the clips just won’t load on certain devices, even though they play fine elsewhere. I’m wondering if this has to do with how video formats or compression are handled, because when I export similar clips from tools like capcut pc, I notice that some settings make them much heavier and harder to stream. Has anyone else seen problems like this with video attachments, buffering, or failed previews in Ring, and are there any best practices to keep clips lightweight and compatible?
