I purchased my ring hardwired pro 3rd gen doorbell a few weeks ago and event history scrolling was fine using the arrows. It looks like an update has taken away the timeline scale adjustment and when I scroll backwards using the arrows it goes to the end of the recording and not the beginning as before. I sometimes can give a double tap to get to the start of the recording but other times it just locks position at the end and you have to use your finger on the scale to scroll backwards. Shame as it was fine before.
