Why is it that all the new and best app features only work on USA 🇺🇸 not 🇬🇧?! Are we paying full price for half the service???
can’t edit the shortcut tiles on the app. After a little research apparently on on US you can edit.

Hi @user_f20af7. An app feature like shortcut tiles is not restricted to only the US. Make sure your Ring app is updated to the latest version available. Are you a Shared User, or the Owner of the Ring devices? Feel free to share a screenshot or short video recording of what you see when you're trying to edit the shortcut tiles.
