My Ring Chime, suddenly stopped working on Wednesday, I did all the things the troubleshooting tells you to do, to no avail!! I called & spoke to someone who said after about 20mins that it had a “fault”, I asked what would they do, he said as its out if warranty I would have to buy a replacement, obviously the fault is not mine! I emailed the help desk on Wednesday & have heard nothing since! Customer service is non existent in my opinion, what do we pay subscription for!!!!
